Returns Policy

All sales are final once goods leave our warehouse.

PANA 888 supplies surplus, reconditioned and new-old-stock industrial parts under EXW (Ex Works) Incoterms. Goods are made available for collection at our warehouse in Nonthaburi. The buyer arranges and pays for their own carrier. We are glad to help coordinate a forwarder on request, but the shipment remains the buyer’s.

Inspect before you collect

You are welcome to examine any item at our warehouse before collection — in person, through your carrier, or through an inspector acting on your behalf. We encourage it. Bring the nameplate, the old part or the drawing and check the item against it on the spot.

If you cannot attend in person, ask us before you order and we will send photographs of the actual item you would receive, including its part number and condition.

No returns or exchanges after pickup

Because every buyer has the opportunity to inspect the goods before taking them, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been collected. Under EXW terms, title and risk pass to the buyer at the point of collection.

Before you order

If you are not certain a part matches your equipment, ask us first. Send us the model or part number and we will confirm exactly what we hold before you commit. We would rather answer a question than have you collect the wrong part.

Contact us with any question about an item before purchase.
