The single and dual channel DIN Rail Temperature Signal Converter D1072S and D1072D accepts a low level dc signal from millivolt, thermocouple or RTD temperature sensor, located in Hazardous Area, and converts, with isolation, the signal to drive a Safe Area load. Output signal can be direct or reverse. Duplicator function provides two independent outputs for the single input. Adder, subtractor, low/high selector functions provides two independent outputs representing input A, input B, input A plus input B, input A minus input B, low/high selector.

The TA25DU-2.4 thermal overload relay is an economic electromechanical protection device for the main circuit. It offers reliable and fast protection for motors in the event of overload or phase failure. The device has trip class 10A. Further features are the temperature compensation, trip contact (NC), signal contact (NO), automatic- or manual reset selectable, trip-free mechanism, STOP- and Test function and a trip indication. The overload relays are connected directly to the block contactors. Single mounting kits are available as accessory.
The single channel DIN Rail Relay Output, D1092S, is relay module suitable for the switching of safety related circuits, up to SIL 3 level according to IEC61508:2010 Ed. 2, for high-risk industries. It provides isolation between input and output contacts. D1092S provides 1 SPST contact for normally energized loads and 1 SPST contact for normally de-energized loads. When the relay is energized, the contacts are closed. When the relay is de-energized, the contacts are open. Compatibility with specific DO cards with pulse testing needs to be verified. This relay module is not suitable for low-current consumption applications (system-to-system signaling, driving LEDs, etc.).
The Repeater Power Supply D5014 module is a high integrity analog input interface suitable for applications requiring SIL 3 level in safety related systems for high-risk industries. It provides a fully floating dc supply for energizing conventional 2 wires 4-20 mA, active or passive, transmitters located in Hazardous Area and repeats the current in floating circuit to drive a Safe Area load. The module supports output current duplication, and it allows bi-directional communication signals, for HART® devices.
