The AF580-30-11-70 is a 3 pole – 1000 V IEC or 600 V UL contactor with pre-mounted auxiliary contacts and Main Circuit Bars, controlling motors up to 315 kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) or 500 hp / 480 V UL and switching power circuits up to 800 A (AC-1) or 750 A UL general use. Thanks to the AF technology, the contactor has a wide control voltage range (100-250 V 50/60 Hz and DC), managing large control voltage variations, reducing panel energy consumptions and ensuring distinct operations in unstable networks. Furthermore, surge protection is built-in, offering a compact solution. AF contactors have a block type design, can be easily extended with add-on auxiliary contact blocks and an additional wide range of accessories.

The MS325-12.5 manual motor starter is a 54 mm width devices with a rated operational current of Ie = 12.5 A. This device is used to manually switch on and off motors and to protect them reliably and without the need for a fuse from short-circuits, overload and phase failures. The manual motor starter offers a rated service short-circuit breaking capacity Ics = 75 kA at 400 VAC and the trip class 10A. Further features are the build-in disconnect function, temperature compensation, trip-free mechanism and a rotary handle with a clear switch position indication. The manual motor starter is suitable for three- and single-phase applications. Auxiliary contacts, signalling contacts, undervoltage releases, shunt trips, 3-phase bus bars, power in-feed blocks and locking devices for protection against unauthorized changes are available as accessory.

The single channel DIN Rail Relay Output, D1092S, is relay module suitable for the switching of safety related circuits, up to SIL 3 level according to IEC61508:2010 Ed. 2, for high-risk industries. It provides isolation between input and output contacts. D1092S provides 1 SPST contact for normally energized loads and 1 SPST contact for normally de-energized loads. When the relay is energized, the contacts are closed. When the relay is de-energized, the contacts are open. Compatibility with specific DO cards with pulse testing needs to be verified. This relay module is not suitable for low-current consumption applications (system-to-system signaling, driving LEDs, etc.).
